Here at KC Customs we stand behind our work in every way, we are so confident that we will back our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle, it’s that simple!

OEM manufactured parts:

KC Customs follows the manufacturer's warranty on all parts, if a part should fail at any time during the manufacturer's warranty guidelines we will have the manufacturer replace it at no charge to you. If an OEM part comes in damaged we notify you the customer, take pictures of the damage, notify the supplier, and notify the insurance company. We will then return the damaged part.


CAPA certified parts:

http://www.capacertified.org/home.asp Although CAPA does not warranty their certification the seller does (the parts house) We will work with them to insure the part that has failed is replaced in a timely fashion at no cost to you.

Used or reconditioned parts:

In the event we have to use, used or reconditioned parts, we only buy from reputable companies, companies that will stand behind their product. If the part fails within their warranty guidelines we will make sure that the part is replaced at no charge to you.

KC Customs will not warranty other body shop work or repairs.

KC Customs will not be held responsible for claims resulting from abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Refinished panels are subject to paint manufacturer's guidelines. KC Customs reserves the right to inspect and perform all necessary adjustments.
